For a long time, overseas home owners have sought the services of a reliable Property Management Company to keep an eye on their home during periods of absence. With the ongoing pandemic situation this service has become invaluable.

We are pleased to offer Prime Property Management. This service is designed for private homeowners and is not suitable for rental properties.

Choose from our all-year-round Annual Property Management service or our Winter Property Management service for those who use their property a lot during the summer season (Winter season October-April).

Seller’s Property Management Service is free for homeowners if we are marketing your property for sale

Annual Property Management
1-3 Bedroom Apartment £250 / €300
2-4 Bedrooom Villa £300 / €360

For your peace of mind we will check your home on a monthly basis

We securely hold the keys to your home
Check all exterior doors & windows are secure and in working order
Open the windows for air circulation during our visit
Do a quick dust and sweep
Run the water in sinks and showers to flush the drains
Flush the toilets
Check for any infestations
Check internal walls for signs of damp or damage
Check external walls and roof terrace for signs of damage
Send you a monthy report documenting our visit
Inform you of any repairs or maintenance issues
Obtain quotes for repairs or renovation, oversee the works, arrange payment of
works and send you photographs of the completed works

Bill Paying Service £50 / €60  

Our bill paying service is offered in conjunction with our Annual Property Management package .We can arrange payment of your communal site fees, utility bills and council tax aswell as arranging Building  & Content Insurance and the mandatory annual DASK policy (earthquake insurance). We required a float to offer this facility.

Repairs & Maintenance

Our Repairs & Maintenance service is included in our both of our Property Management PackagesIf your property needs any repairs or renovation work we can arrange this for you. We will obtain quotes from different suppliers, oversee the works and send you photographs once completed.

Key Handover Service from £10 / €12

Whilst our Key Holding service is included in both of our Property Management Packages, an add-on service for Key Handover is available. We can deliver your keys to you or to an authourised person Monday to Friday 10am-5pm. Within 25kms (Bodrum Peninsula) £10 / €12. Within 40kms (Bogazici/Tuzla/Gulluk) £15 / €18
